📜 Terms of Service

Welcome to the "App". By downloading, accessing, or using the App, particularly by subscribing to the  Pro service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. 📋 General Provisions

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Kruti Viradiya ("we," "us," or "our").

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use this App.

  • Updates: We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. 💎 Pro Subscription Services

 Pro offers an enhanced experience, including an ad-free interface and access to premium features.

A. Subscription Plans

The subscription is available in various durations (e.g., Weekly, Monthly, Yearly). The specific pricing and duration are displayed prominently within the App at the time of purchase.

B. Free Trials

  • If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.

  • If you do not cancel, the trial automatically converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period.

  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. 💳 Billing, Renewal, and Price Changes

A. Automatic Renewal

  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play Account immediately upon confirmation of purchase.

  • Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews for the same duration and at the current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within the 24-hour window prior to the end of the current period.

B. Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time.

  • Notification: You will be notified of any price increases in advance via the App store platform or email.

  • Consent: Price increases will apply to subsequent subscription periods. If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

4. 🚫 Cancellation and Refunds

A. How to Cancel

You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Account Settings on your device (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) after purchase. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.

B. Refund Policy

  • Apple Users: Refunds are handled entirely by Apple. We do not have the ability to process refunds for Apple users. You must request a refund through your Apple ID purchase history.

  • Google Users: Refunds are generally handled by Google Play. In specific exceptional cases, you may contact us, but we reserve the right to deny refund requests if they fall outside the platform's standard refund window.

  • No Partial Refunds: We do not provide credits or refunds for partially used subscription periods. You will continue to have access to the Pro service until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. 🔒 License and Intellectual Property

  • License Grant: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

  • Restrictions: You agree not to:

    1. Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

    2. Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App.

    3. Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Ownership: The App, including its code, graphics, and design, is owned by us and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. ⚠️ Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7. ⚖️ Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP; OR (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN.
